Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs procedures, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays.
Products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

SECTION 6: RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery, subject to the requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
ROVAN provides free return shipping for eligible returns and charges a 0% restocking fee.
Orders may be cancelled until the relevant item is fulfilled. Once an item has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available under our cancellation rules.
Products or collections specifically designated as Final Sale cannot be returned or cancelled where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
